Boglárka Kapás (pronounced [ˈboɡlaːrkɒ ˈkɒpaːʃ]; born 22 April 1993) is a Hungarian retired competitive swimmer. She is the world champion (2019 Gwangju) in 200 m butterfly and a bronze medallist at the Olympic Games (2016 Rio de Janeiro) in 800 m freestyle.

The Ethyl Corporation said yesterday that its directors had approved the spinoff of the company's 80 percent stake in the First Colony Corporation life insurance unit. Ethyl shareholders will receive one share of First Colony for each three shares of Ethyl they own. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 1. Ethyl, a Richmond-based chemical company, owns 39.4 million of First Colony's 49.3 million shares. First Colony's stock closed yesterday at $29.25, down $1.125, on the Big Board.

Anthony Reeves, chairman and chief executive of the Lifetime Corporation, has cut his stake in the Boston health-care company to 7 percent from about 10 percent. The company's stock price has risen 50 percent since March 22, when Abbey Healthcare Group Inc., Costa Mesa, Calif., bid about $23.50 a share, or $260 million, for the company.

A group of former managers of the Digital Equipment Corporation plans to reopen a manufacturing plant that is being closed by the computer maker. Called the Springboard Technology Corporation, the closely held company formed by the managers will begin operating on May 24 at Digital's manufacturing plant in Springfield, Mass. Digital has been winding down operations there since October.

The United States posted a budget deficit of $44.577 billion for March, but the shortfall was down 12.1 percent from a year earlier because of higher revenues, the Treasury said today. Taxes and other kinds of income were higher than in March 1992, when the Government posted a deficit of $50.712 billion. Interest payments also fell, reflecting lower rates.
